How can I rent out my home through the Accommodix website?
Accommodix was founded to give owners of holiday rentals the possibility to rent out their property through the internet for free. Inscribing your property at Accommodix is completely free and without any obligation of exclusivity. You control when, and to whom you rent your property. Feel free to access other media, contacts, etc. to attract the attention of the holidaymaker.
In addition, every property can be viewed in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish and Dutch).
Procedure
- You inscribe at Accommodix. Enter your personal data. Your personal data will not be displayed on our website (nor will it be given to third parties).

Enter the property's details. Specify the rent in the different periods or seasons for which the property is available for rent. You can include as many photos of your property as you want. If necessary, you can adjust the information at a later time.
- Your property is now ready to be advertised on Accommodix.
- A visitor who is interested in renting your property will be asked to fill out a reservation or request form.
- You will receive this reservation or information request via e-mail and can answer it directly.
- Adding a property to the Accommodix database is free and without the obligation of exclusivity. You can end the exposure of your property on the Accommodix website at any given time, simply by deleting its data. We will not sell any information you have given us to a third party.
