SpanishEstate.com is going to focus more on it's core business: selling properties through the internet. So SpanishEstate.com will discontinue it's service for holiday rentals (for long term rentals the service will remain). In the near future, SpanishEstate.com will cooperate with Accommodix for holiday rentals.
Accommodix was founded to give owners of holiday rentals the possibility to rent out their property through the internet. Accommodix is (more than SpanishEstate.com) specialized in promoting your holiday rentals on the internet!
About Accommodix
Accommodix was founded to give owners of holiday rentals the possibility to rent out their property through the internet.
Inscribing your property at Accommodix is completely free and without any obligation of exclusivity.
You control when, and to whom you rent your property. Feel free to access other media, contacts, etc. to attract the attention of the holidaymaker. However, when someone books your property through Accommodix, we will ask a commission fee of 10% over the rental price for using our service (if you inscribe more than 5 properties the commission will be 7%). The payment will be due within 15 days after the tenants have left.
In addition, every property can be viewed in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish and Dutch).
